POLICIES
Cancellations
-If you need to cancel your appointment, I ask that you notify me at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
-If 24 hours is not given, 50% of services will be charged to you.
No Show
-If a no show occurs, you will be charged 100% of your service.
-New guests will not have the option to reschedule.
-Current guests will have the option to reschedule after a 50% non-refundable deposit is made, which will go towards your service cost.
Late Arrivals
-I reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, or edit any appointment that is 15 minutes or more late.
Redo/Returns/Refunds
-If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact me immediately so I can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week of the date of service.
-Due to the artistic nature of what I do, I cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, I will work to ensure you are satisfied.
